Vancouver Island University offers three types of student residences:
Traditional Residences: Morden Hall and Dunsmuir House
Residence ( 20 bed) Houses: Ladysmith, Cowichan, Qualium, Powell River and Nanoose Houses
Apartment Style Residences: Duncan and Parksville Houses
Accommodation for students with disabilities is available in most housing types.
